At Luxe Weavers, we have a mission to ensure our customers receive the area rugs they order and that their rugs perform as expected.
- Any item a customer wants to return due to dissatisfaction can be returned within 30 days of initial shipment.

Although we utilize every possible effort to eliminate inaccuracies, from time to time, inaccuracies do happen which we will rectify as quickly as possible. Any item that is found to be defective, damaged, or shipped in error by Luxe Weavers can be returned within 30 days of initial shipment.
Any defective, damaged, or shipped in error or incorrect product must be documented in the form of photos and confirmed as defective, damaged or incorrect by Luxe Weavers.
The payment used to purchase the item(s) will be used to refund the purchase made.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. If an item is received without proper authorization it may be refused. Only items damaged in transit may be refused at the time of delivery.
