Our terms, should you choose to return purchased rugs

At Luxe Weavers, our mission is to ensure that our amazing customers receive the highest quality products at affordable prices. But we are aware that all our products may not necessarily meet your needs or expectations, our hands are on deck to promptly rectify errors whenever they arise.

To maintain our excellent service delivery and continue to stay true to our promises, kindly note these return procedures.

 Customers are responsible for return cost if the item being return is not a Luxe Weavers error. 

Information for Return

  • You can send the products through FedEx or UPS. However, Luxe Weavers will not be responsible for the return cost.
  • When you return the products within 30 days after receiving them, you will get either a full or partial refund. Refunds largely depend on the condition of products upon arrival.
  • Kindly inform us about your decision to return purchased products via email or phone, so we can ensure they are delivered safely.

Repacking Products

We understand that repacking an already unpacked rug is not a walk in the park, however, do make sure to repack the product with its original wrap, heavy-duty trash bag, before taping it firmly. 

So, for any complaint whatsoever, do not hesitate to reach out to us.
