At Luxe Weavers, we want you to love your new rug! We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to make the return process easy. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your rug.

What We Accept:

  • Dissatisfaction Returns (Customer Remorse): We understand that you may change your mind about a purchase. You can return any item within 30 days of initial shipment due to dissatisfaction. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.
  • Luxe Weavers Errors: We take pride in accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of initial shipment. We will investigate and cover the return shipping costs for these errors if deemed.

How to Return:

  • Contact Us First: Before returning any item, please notify us by email at info@luxeweavers.com or by phone at 1-800-517-1998. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your rug. Items cannot be returned without an authorization.
  • Document Errors: For Luxe Weavers errors (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), please take photos to document the issue. We will confirm the problem and facilitate the return.
  • Pack Securely: Please return the rug in its original packaging, if possible.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns due to customer remorse (dissatisfaction).
